As an additional help, just reinstall the SBPro Pe program, insuring it's installed after the codemeter software, and make sure the codemeter program is "On" and running, just installing it may not always "turn it on". One or the other should correctly run the program. Are you using the latest installer from the codemeter website? Are you running that installer as an administrator? Select the SBPro Pe start icon and right click on it, select "properties" then the tab "Compatibility" then check of the box for "run this program in compatibility mode for:" then from the drop down selection select the operating system that will run it.

This depends on the software used to make the installer.

You say there's nothing specific? What happens if you install the codemeter 64 bit installer on a friends computer with the same setup? Did you try running the installer from the command line and turning debugging on? Now I'm a little bit frustrated because waited so long for my PE-copy after all the time with SB Gold but then this problems with a third-party software What exactly is the installer error message?

They think its maybe a problem of the VBScript in my win In this direction I did all the tips I read in the internet etc Reregister in registry, checked Firewall and Antivirus, even created a new user profile. I already contacted the guys from CodeMeter but the support doesnt have a idea at this time. Everytime I start the installer of the 64 Bit-Runtime of CodeMeter then direct after the opening screen the installer aborts with the failure-message that there is an error. The problem is that I cant run it since the CodeMeter-Runtime won't install on my system. Forgot your password? By mandjareApril 27, in Support.
